Hanif Sanket with prestigious environment medal

Popular cultural personality, eminent TV presenter, writer and producer AKM Hanif Sanket got environment medal 2014.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over the medal in a programme at Bangabandhu International Conference Center in city on Thursday morning.

To mark the occasion of World Environment Day and National Tree Plantation Campaign-2014, the Ministry of Environment and
Forests organized the programme.



Besides, Jahangirnagar University Environment Science Department Professor Dr Khabir Uddin and Rural Services Foundation (RSF), a solar power supplier organization, also got the medal.

Environment and Forest Minister Anwar Hossain Manju presided over the award giving programme on the occasion of World Environment Day.
