Sagor and Shampa as pair in Merina Movies film


Son of late renowned film director and producer Motaleb Hossain Mahmud Hossain Murad is going to establish his career as a film director. Viewers are very familiar with movies Priyo Bandhobi, Mohammad Ali, Akrosh, Adil, Taka-Paisa,Saltanat, Lobh Lalosa, Gorib-er 'Prem and Hingsa'. Late 'Motaleb Hossain was director of those popular films. Name of his production house is Merina Movies. Under the banner of his production house late hero Manna acted last movie Power was released.


After a break of six years late Motaleb Hossains son Murad is going to appear as a film director under the banner of same production house. Title of the film is Moner Moddhe Lekha. Its story script and dialogue were also composed by him.

Super hero and heroine Sagor and Shampa will again work together as a pair in this movie. As a pair it will be their fourth movie.

Director Mahmud Hossain Murad told this correspondent Hero Mannas unprecedented demise affected us financially for his last movie Power.  In fact we couldnt overcome it till now. However I again started work in film industry as director under the banner of my fathers production house to establish it. Everybody pray and cooperate me.

Sagor shared his feelings in this regard by this way Merina Movies is one of the largest film production houses in the country. Its really good luck for me to get the opportunity to work under the banner of this production house. I am grateful to its director.

Story of the movie Moner Moddhe Lekha attracted me well. I hope viewers will not only get something new from its story but also from its making said Shampa while sharing her feelings to perform in this film.
Shooting of this film will start from September 20. In the meantime from today Sagor and Shampa will again start shooting of their third movie titled One Way Road which is being directed by M Ferdous Reza in Magura.

It may be mentioned that Sagor and Shampa acted first movie Love You Priya. Their second movie was Kamrul Hasan directed Excuse Me.
