With the ‘script written by Brindaban Das and directed by Amin Azad a special faction play titled Jamai Dawat was being made on the occasion of upcoming’ Eid-ul-Fitr. After ‘inviting husbands to their laws houses some interesting incidents take’ place. These ‘things are presented in this play in comic’ way.
Three popular ‘actresses - Shahnaz Khushi’, Tazin Ahmed and ‘Homayra Himu performed in roles of Bulbuli’, Tota and Tia in this ‘play’ respectively. Against them ‘Chanchal Chowdhury', Amin Azad and 'Brindaban Das have acted in roles of their husbands’ respectively.
While ‘sharing her feelings to perform in this play Shahnaz Khushi told this correspondent Story of the play Jamai Dawat is really’ interesting. Director has ‘tried to present the middle class families problems in this play’. I hope ‘viewers will enjoy the play’.
Earlier I ‘had worked with them (performers of this play) in a theatre play of Aronyok titled’ Sabuj Opera. After ‘many days I had again performed with the members of theatre troupe’ Aronyok. There are ‘absolutely magnificent dialogues in this play’. Everybody has ‘performed well as viewers can enjoy the play’. I think so ‘said Tazin Ahmed while sharing her feelings in this regard’.
On the ‘other hand another actress of the’ play. Homayra Himu ‘said while taking part in shooting of the play we felt that we were in Eid festive’ mood. We have ‘enjoyed the shooting'. Therefore as I was 'younger than them everybody showed their caring’ to me. I was ‘lucky that I was the only member out of Aronyok team who got the opportunity to perform in this play’.
Director of the ‘play actor Amin Azad informed that this play will go on air on ATN Bangla during Eid festival’. In the ‘meantime Shahnaz Khushi has completed shooting of Raju Dewan’, Biplob Paul, Syed ‘Shakil’, ‘Saidur Rahman Russell’ and Dipu Hazra’s plays.
On the ‘other hand Tazin Ahmed is regularly performing in ongoing drama serials Nagorik’, Pori, DB and Shonir Akhra.
However 'Homayra Himu has performed as a host in Comedy Hour, which will go on air on' ATN Bangla in Eid festival.
